Simon Botham has over 20 years’ sales and client services experience, working within the Marketing, PR and Creative services. Having run a corporate communications consultancy, he understands how much better a focused and motivated team is - a team who work well together, who understand each other, and who listen to each other.
Simon has also played drums since a child and has combined the two experiences and skills to create Innerbeat, a really uplifting and energising way to build team understanding and spirit through drumming and rhythm workshops which work to answer a challenge (business or personal) - so there are tangible results and achieved goals at the end of the session.
His vision for Innerbeat is that it helps individuals realise their full potential within themselves so that they can maximise their contribution to the team and their place of work. This will lead to brighter thinking, better performance and a greater sense of worth.
